Pregnancy is a process consisting of ovulation, growth of the zygote, attachment of the products of
conception, formation of the placenta, and growth and development of the products of conception
until term pregnancy. Pregnancy is a physiological condition, but there is also a pathological
pregnancy. Pathological pregnancy occurs because of disturbances, complications or complications
that accompany the mother during pregnancy and can harm both the mother and the baby. Therefore,
it is necessary to find a way to solve this problem. The purpose of this study was to provide midwifery
care to pregnant women in the third trimester using a midwifery management approach using the
SOAP method. The method used is secondary data documentation from reports of midwifery care
during land practice on December 3, 2019 at PMB Anik Rohanjarwati, Malang Regency. The results
of care carried out by Mrs. N aged 20 years G1 P0000 Ab000 UK 35-36 weeks, namely the mother
complains of frequent urination at night so that it has an impact on rest patterns and poor nutrition
patterns so that the solution given is to increase water consumption during the day and improve the
pattern of nutrition by eating 3x a day. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a gap
between theory and cases, but midwifery care for Mrs. N is in accordance with midwifery care
standards.
