UK 37-38 Weeks With Physiological Pregnancy At PMB Dwi Astutik Dau District,
Malang Regency
Pregnancy is a process that begins with fertilization (conception), the development of
the fetus in the womb, and ends with the birth of a baby. Based on the 2019 Indonesian
Health Profile, there was a decline in maternal mortality during the period 1991-2015
from 309 to 305 per 100,000 live births. The purpose of this study is to provide
comprehensive midwifery care for physiological pregnant women using a midwifery
management approach. The subjects of this study were pregnant women whose
gestational age was 37-38 weeks. The location is in PMB Dwi Astutik, Dau District,
Malang Regency. The data collection method used is documentation using secondary
data from the third semester of midwifery care reports. From the results of the
examination, it was found that Mrs. “D” complained of swelling of his right leg and
left leg since December 1, 2019. Midwifery care has been given to Mrs. "D" in
accordance with existing procedures. It is hoped that midwives can develop services
for pregnant women so that they can reduce the MMR rate.
