The third trimester of pregnancy begins at 28 weeks to 40 weeks of
gestation. Examination of pregnant women aims to monitor the progress of
pregnancy to ensure the health of the mother and the growth and development of
the baby, improve and maintain the physical, mental, social health of the mother
and baby, early recognition of any abnormality or complications that might
happen during pregnancy, including a general medical history, obstetrics and
surgery,preparing for full term delivery, delivering safely to both mother and baby
with minimal trauma, preparing mothers for a normal postpartum period and
exclusive breastfeeding, preparing the role of mothers and families in receiving
births for babies so that they can grow and develop normally. The purpose of the
study was to be able to provide comprehensive care for pregnant women in the
third trimester at PMB Anugerah, Tumpang District, Malang Regency.The
subjects of this study were pregnant women in the third trimester of gestational
age 29-30 weeks with KSPR 2. The data collection instrument was carried out by
means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study found
that Ms "V" aged 27 years G2P1001Ab000 with a physiological pregnancy found
the results of the examination that the TTV and physical examinations were within
normal limits. this means that there is no gap between theory and case. The
conclusion of the case of Ms "V" 27 Years Old G2P1001Ab000 has been carried
out ssessment of subjective data, assessment of objective data, data analysis and
management, after all examinations of the mother's condition are in good
condition. Suggestions for educational institutions are able to improve the quality
of education, for midwifery students as the application of comprehensive
midwifery care courses for pregnant women with physiology, for research sites
can improve the quality of services in accordance with midwifery service
standards, to patients while maintaining the nutritional needs of pregnant women.
