Worms Are of the diseases with a high prevalence in Indonesia. Caused by the Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) group, one of which is Ascaris Lumbricoides. Worms disease is still a health problem. This disease mainly affects elementary school age children. The purpose of this study was to determine the description oh te examination of Ascaris Lumbricoides worm eggs, using the flotation method in the feses of children aged 5-10 years. The method used is Literature Study using google schoolar database, pubmed, International Journal of Education and Research. Sampling using quota sampling and obtained 8 journals based on inclusion criteria. The results of this study showed that the most common helminth infections experienced by children. The Soil Transmitted Helminth (STH) species that infects is Ascaris Lumbricoides using the flotation method to see the presence or absence of Ascaris Lumbricoides eggs and the results obtained are 65% percentage of the journals found with the characteristics of Ascaris Lumbricoides worm eggs are brownish yellow, oval in shape with an uneven surface and jagged, the size of the fertilized egg (Fertilized) 60-70 microns long and 40-50 microns wide.
