Cancer is the number one cause of death in the world at the end of this century. The impact of the treatment of breast cancer patients on the psychological aspects of experiencing anxiety, and disturbed sleep patterns. The lower the anxiety experienced, the better the sleep quality, and the higher the anxiety level, the worse the sleep quality. This study aims to analyze the relationship between anxiety levels and sleep quality in undergoing chemotherapy.The design of this study uses a non-probability sampling, accidental sampling technique. Respondents were 40 patients with all female gender, namely 100%. The results showed that the level of anxiety in chemotherapy patients experienced severe anxiety 82.5% and sleep quality in chemotherapy patients experienced poor sleep quality, namely 82.5%. Based on the Spearman Rank statistical test, the correlation value (r) is 0.342 (34.2%) and the p-value is 0.031. The value of p< (0.05), which means there is a relationship between anxiety and sleep quality in patients undergoing chemotherapy.
