CASE STUDY OF PREGNANCY INSTITUTION TRIMESTER III IN NY "W" GIII P2002 Ab000 IN PMB WIDIA HUSADA POLEHAN VILLAGE BLIMBING SUB-DISTRICT MALANG CITY
Pregnancy is a normal and natural process. Pregnancy is a physiological condition but in the process there is a possibility that a condition can threaten the life of the mother and fetus, and can even cause death, therefore the pregnancy must be handled by an authorized health officer for the health and safety of the mother and fetus. The purpose of LTA is to provide midwifery care for third trimester pregnancy using comprehensive SOAP management to Ny.W. The care method in this LTA is a comprehensive midwifery care using the interview approach, document review, observation / management and management. During carrying out antenatal care, all care given to Mrs. W can be carried out well, normal circumstances, and there is no gap between the theory and the case and the family is cooperative so there is no difficulty in providing care. After comprehensive care is given, it is expected that the delivery of a mother is normal, smooth, there are no complications and the place that she wants. It is recommended that midwives can improve comprehensive midwifery care in providing quality services for the health of pregnant women.
