STUDI KASUS ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY “F” P3003 Ab000 DENGAN NIFAS FISIOLOGIS DI PMB WIDYA HUSADA KELURAHAN POLEHAN KECAMATAN BLIMBING KOTA MALANG

Every woman will go through the process of childbirth, it is physiological. During the process, there may be health problems that can increase the pain and even death of both mother and baby. Therefore, a solution is needed to prevent or overcome the problem, one of which is comprehensive midwifery care in the puerperium. The author of this Final Project Report in the case study benthic using a management approach in the form of SOAP. The sample used was 1 sample, Mrs. "F" in PMB Widia Husada, Malang. The results of this study obtained a diagnosis of Mrs. "F" P3003 Ab000 with puerperal physiology, during the puerperium the mother visited 5 days after childbirth and 9 days after childbirth and there was no gap between theory and practice because Mrs. "F" did KN 1 to 3 and care has been given in accordance with the standard in the puerperium. The results of the study can be concluded that there is no gap between theory and practice in the application of puerperal midwifery care, namely in the care process and physiological changes. Every individual is unique so the care provided is also adjusted to the patient's condition.
