ABSTRACT
Family planning is one ofthe programs planned by the Indonesian government to control the increasing population in Indnesian. Family planning is an attempt to set the distance of the desired child. Therefore, made several ways to prevent or delay pregnancy. These methods of contraception to prevent pregnancy and family planning. The goal of LTA is to be able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to new acceptors with minimum standards using midwifery management in Ny.S. The method of preservation in this LTA in comprehensive midwifery care using the interview approach, document, review, observation and management. After doing the IUD KB acceptormidwifery care comprehensively in Ny.S. by using SOAP management. Care for Ny.S. going welland there is no gap between the theory and the case. After giving camprehensive care, the mother feels happy because she received assistance from the beginning of th mother came to the mother came home.
