Abstract :
Childbirth is one of the public health problems in Indonesia where maternal mortality is still quite high. The factors causing the high MMR in Indonesia are divided into two namely, direct and indirect causative factors. Factors of direct causes include bleeding, sepsis, abortion, eclampsia, and a miscarriage. Indirect factors include 3T (too late) and 4T (too). Efforts to reduce MMR can be done by ensuring that every mother is able to access quality health services. The aim of Midwifery Care is to provide Psychological Maternity Midwifery Care to Mrs. "W" G2 P1001 Ab000 comprehensively according to service standards using the Midwifery Management approach. The research method uses a case study using SOAP management. After the delivery of midwifery care from stage I to stage IV in Mrs. "w", no gap was found between the case and the theory. So that care provided from the first stage to the fourth stage runs smoothly and no complications are found.
