ABSTRAC
One of the discomforts during pregnancy is back pain, because back pain will interfere with the activity of pregnant women. In the process of pregnancy there is a change in the mother's body system which all require an adaptation. In the process of adaptation it is not uncommon for women to experience discomfort, although this is physiological, it still needs to be watched out for. The research objective is to conduct comprehensive midwifery care for Ny."O" in PMB Widia Husada, Blimbing District, Malang. The care method in this LTA is a comprehensive midwifery care using an interview approach, document review, observation / management and management. The results of comprehensive midwifery care for Ny. "O" during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy with back pain. The conclusion of this midwifery care is obtained by conducting comprehensive midwifery care to Ny. "O" can be carried out well, in normal circumstances, and there is no gap between theory and existing cases and the family is cooperative so the mother's pregnancy is currently in good health.
