Pregnancy is the growth and development of an intra uterine fetus starting from conception and ending until the beginning of labor. Pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, newborns and the selection of contraceptives is a continuous and physiological process. The purpose of LTA is to provide third trimester pregnancy midwifery care using comprehensive SOAP management in Ny.U The care method in this LTA is comprehensive midwifery care using the interview approach, document review, observation / observation and management. After doing Pregnancy Midwifery Care to Mrs. U. by using SOAP management comprehensively from subjective and objective data, it can be concluded that during pregnancy, Mrs. Obtained Antenatal Care Midwifery Care well. In Ny.U with a diagnosis of G1P0000Ab000 UK 36-38 weeks single fetus, life, intrauterine physiological pregnancy with Poedji Rochjati (SPR) score is 2, then mothers may give birth at a midwife did not find any gaps between theory and cases, then care which has been given to Mrs. U went smoothly. After comprehensive care is given, it is expected that the delivery of a mother is normal, smooth, there are no complications and the place that she wants.
