Abstract:
Neonates are newborns in the first 28 days of life who are individuals who are growing up and who have just experienced birth trauma and must be able to make adjustments from intrauterine life to extra -uterine life. The goal of LTA is to provide comprehensive midwifery care to neonates according to the standard using the midwifery care management approach. The care method in this LTA is a comprehensive midwifery care using an interview approach, document review, observation / management and management. After completing midwifery care in neonates according to standards using the midwifery care management approach by 'A' 'the care provided to neonates is appropriate and running well so that there are no problems and gaps between theory and practice in the field.
