Light smokers are smoking activities by an amount less than ten stick every day. CRP is one of acute phase protein which is synthesized in heart to non-specific monitoring of local or systemic disease, CRP levels increase after trauma, infection of bacteria and inflammation. This research aims to find out of CRP serum level overview Latex Agglutination method on active smokers at RT 04 RW 03 Kelurahan Arjosari Kota Malang. Design of this research is non-experimental survey with descriptive survey approach. The population of RT 04 RW 03 is 70 male and number of sample chosen according to inclusion criteria is 29 male. Result of this research conducted on 29 respondent, positive result which is 10,34% and negative result which is 89,66%. Smoking can cause infection if consumption of cigarettes in the long run that is more than 12 years in low category. Which the knowledge of the result of CRP then, recommended for smokers can reduce smoking habits because smoking can cause any health problems.
