Blood calcium levels are important minerals in the body and function in the formation of bones and teeth. Coffee is one drink that contains caffeine levels. Caffeine is an ingredient in coffee, the caffeine content found in coffee ranges from 1-1.5%. The aim of the study was to identify blood calcium levels in coffee drinkers using the CPC (Cresolphtalein Complex) method. This type of research is descriptive and uses purposive sampling. The number of samples is 15 Health Analyst Students at STIKes Maharani Malang. Blood calcium levels were measured using the Rayto rt-9900 Spectrophotometry (CPC / Cresolphtalein Complex Method). The results of the study of blood calcium levels from 15 coffee drinker samples of Health Analyst Students at STIKes Maharani Malang, the results were below the normal value of blood calcium below 8.8 mg / dl, with the highest 7.5 mg / dl in the A10 sample code and the lowest 1.32 mg / dl in the sample code A9. Thus all the samples studied were all below the normal value of blood calcium. In consuming coffee it is expected to consume the recommended amount. Suggestions for further researchers that the CPC (Cresolphtalein Complex) method is very appropriate to be used to identify blood calcium levels.
