GAMBARAN JUMLAH ERITROSIT DAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN BERDASARKAN AKTIVITAS FISIK WANITA

Those who are prone to iron anemia are female workers. Physical activity that can affect Hb levels and the number of erythrocytes is moderate to heavy intensity physical activity. This study aims to describe the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin levels based on the physical activity of women. The method used in this research is literature study with literature review using Google Scolar database, Pubmed, Science Direct. Sampling using purposive sampling and obtained 9 suitable journals based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research journals are then collected and a journal summary is made including the name of the researcher, the year the journal was published, the title of the research, the method and the summary of the results. The results of the study were based on data from the literature in the last five years (2015-2020), obtained hemoglobin levels based on normal Hb physical activity with a percentage of 64.72%, and a percentage of abnormal or anemia categories of 35.28%. The conclusion is that the description of the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin levels based on physical activity is within normal limits, but this is also influenced by other factors, namely age, education and nutritional status, intake of nutrients, energy, protein, iron, vitamin C, family income, knowledge, physical and physical fitness. Physical activity can also affect the erythrocyte count and hemoglobin levels. The number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin levels have increased after some regular physical exercise. The suggestion of this research is that further research needs to be carried out with primary data directly so that the results obtained are more accurate and can examine the factors that affect the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin levels.
