Background: Obesity is a mild chronic inflammatory problem which is the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disorders. Inflammation can be measured through proinflammatory CRP using the ELISA method as one of the high sensitivity methods.The purpose of this study was to describe the CRP levels in obese adolescents using the ELISA method. Research Methods: This type of research is descriptive with literature study. Sampling used purposive sampling and obtained 8 journals with a total sample of 248 obesity. The research journals were then analyzed and a summary of the journals was made including the name of the researcher, year of publication, title, method, and results. Results: Based on literature studies, CRP levels in obese adolescents are high with a total average of 4.66 mg / L. Conclusion: CRP levels in obese adolescents using the ELISA method are 4.66 mg / L with the highest average value at Journal of 14.12 mg / L and the lowest average is 1.61 mg / L. Suggestion: obese adolescents do regular exercise and change their diet and for further researchers, they are expected to conduct direct research with primary data so that the results are accurate and accurate.
