Soil Transmitted Helminthare nematode worms that require soil for the development of an infective form. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Soil Transmitted Helminth (STH) eggs in the feces of elementary school children using the flotation method. This research is a research with descriptive method. Methodology: The method used in this research is a literature study with a literature review using the Google Scolar database, Google Cendikia. Sampling using quota sampling and obtained 8 journals and 3 books that match the inclusion criteria. The research journals were then collected and a journal summary was made including the name of the researcher, the year of publication of the journal, the title of the study, the method and the summary of the results. Results: found worm eggs such as Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura,and Hookworm. Conclusion: It was found that STH worm eggs in the feces sample of elementary school children were mostly found, namely worm eggs Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura, and Hookworm. This is due to the activity habits of the children who often play with the ground and do not maintain cleanliness.
