Waste is materials that are useless, unused or wasted. Laboratory liquid waste can be in the form of remaining media, samples and others. Before the liquid waste is disposed of into the environment, it is necessary to process it using biological methods, namely utilizing biological agents such as microorganisms. This literature study aims to determine the types of triglyceride degrading bacteria in wastewater in the laboratory. Laboratory descriptive research method with liquid waste samples. Based on the results of literature studies from various journals, it was found that the presence of microorganisms in the waste showed that these microorganisms were able to degrade triglycerides against soluble compounds in waste, Bacteria that were able to degrade triglycerides in liquid waste in laboratories based on journal reviews found gram positive bacteria Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus sp, Staphylococcus intermedius. And for gram negative members, the types of bacteria are Pseudomonas sp, Pseudomonas fluerescens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas stutzeri, Acinetobacter, Acetobacter, Serratia, Citrobacter, Proteus mirabilis and Enterobacter. To do research with primary data directly, so that the results obtained are more accurate and add to the scientific repertoire in the field of bacteriology.
