Sleep is the process most needed by humans to repair damaged body cells, balance metabolism, formation of new cells for the body, and to maintain the body's biochemistry. Poor sleep quality can bring problems to the body because during sleep the biological process is also disturbed, namely the hemoglobin level in the formation process, so that the hemoglobin level will change more. lower than normal value. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between levels. hemoglobin with sleep quality. This research uses literature study. This study used 2 journals on the relationship between hemoglobin levels and. sleep quality and 4 journals of factors affecting hemoglobin levels and sleep quality. The results of the analysis of journal literature according to Mawo (2019) show a relationship in levels. hemoglobin and sleep quality in students after being tested on chi-square, the p value was <0.05 and according to Sarjono (2016) there was no relationship between levels. hemoglobin with sleep quality in students after chi-square test, obtained p value> 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship. between levels. hemoglobin with the quality of sleep in students with factors that influence, namely age, gender, daytime sleepiness and stress levels. The suggestion of this research is that students need to maintain normal hemoglobin levels and maintain good sleep quality so that the body is always in good shape.
