ISOLASI DAN IDENTIFIKASI BAKTERI Escherichia coli PADA FESES PENDERITA DIARE

Diarrhea can also be caused by several factors including living organisms, environmental factors. Several subtypes of Escherichia coli that can cause diarrhea, namely Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC), Enterophatogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC), Enteroaggregative Escherichia coli (EAEC), Enteroinvasive Escherichia coli (EIEC) and Enterohemorraghic Escherichia coli (EAEC). The purpose of this study was to determine the isolation and identification of Escherichia coli bacteria in the feces of diarrhea sufferers. Method, in this study the data used is secondary data which is data obtained not from direct observation, namely using a Literature Study, the data is obtained from the results of research, which has been carried out by previous researchers who came from Google Scholar, a scientific journal scihub that contains Escherichia coli bacteria in diarrhea population found a total of 10.430 journals and with a sample of 3 international journals and 5 national journals that were collected based on keywords according to the inclusion criteria. Examination results based on data from several journals found Escherichia coli bacteria in the feces of diarrhea sufferers. Conclusion, in several articles there are still many sufferers of diarrhea caused by Escherichia coli bacteria.
