Pregnancy is a physiological process experienced by every woman. During the process of pregnancy, there may be health problems that can increase morbidity and even death for both mother and baby. From 2017 to 2019 the number of Maternal Mortality Rate data in Malang Regency has increased, namely there are 69.91 / 100,000 live births, therefore to reduce the rate of maternal and infant mortality, adequate care is needed in the provision of Antenatal Care (ANC) services.and for further continuous care (Continuity of Care). ). This study aims to provide midwifery care to pregnant women using a midwifery management approach. The method used is a secondary data source from the Report on Pregnancy Midwifery Care during Land Practicum at PMB Anik Rohanjarwati, Pakis District, Malang Regency. Outcomes of comprehensive obstetric care for Mrs “C” GI P000 Ab000 UK 31-32 weeks single fetus, live, intrauterine, cephalic presentation. In this care there are complaints that often occur in pregnant women. The conclusion of this care is to perform midwifery care independently and early treatment. It is expected that the patient is able to apply the care provided at the time of counseling.
