The COVID-19 pandemic causes anxiety in students who were working on a thesis. Anxiety is one of the factors that affect a person's procrastination. This research objective was to find out correlation between the anxiety levels of special program nursing students year 2020 and thesis procrastination during the COVID-19 pandemic at STIKES Maharani Malang. The design of this research was correlation with cross sectional approach. The research population were 67 people. The sampling used simple random sampling with 58 respondents sample. The technique of collecting data was questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using Spearman Rank Test and SPSS 20 . The research results proved that most of the respondents, 41 (70.7%) experienced moderate anxiety and most of the respondent, 43 (74.1%) experienced moderate thesis procrastination. Test results of Spearman Rank Test obtained p value = (0.000) < (0.05). From the result of the research, it is stated that to reduce the procrastination of thesis, the level of anxiety of students is needed to be reduced.
