Abstract
AKI survey results in Malang City, cases of maternal deaths still occur in Malang City in 2016 there were 9 cases of maternal mortality, an increase compared to 2015 which amounted to 8 cases. The direct causes of maternal mortality are Bleeding 28%, Eclampsia 24%, Infection 11%, Complications of Puerpureum 8%, Abortion 5%, Old Labor 5%, Emboli 3% and others 11%. And there are risk factors 3 Too Late and 4 Too. The aim of Midwifery Care is to provide Midwifery Psychological Maternity Care to Mrs. "F" G3 P2002 Ab000 in PMB Widia Husada Blimbing District of Malang Comprehensively in accordance with standards using the Midwifery Management approach. Research Methods use case studies using SOAP management. After the delivery of midwifery care from the first stage to the fourth stage in "F", no gap was found between the case and the theory. So that care provided from the first stage to the fourth stage runs smoothly and no complications are found
