ABSTRAK
The puerperium or puerperium period is after the IV stage until the next six weeks (recovery of uterine devices returned to the state before pregnancy). Methods This final project report uses interview techniques, observation techniques, documentation techniques. The purpose of preparing this LTA is to provide comprehensive midwifery care according to the standard of postpartum mothers, using a midwifery management approach. Postpartum care of mothers in Mrs. L has a problem that is Mrs. L It is difficult to breastfeed her baby. With this problem, Mrs. L gives formula milk to her baby. With this problem still gives an explanation to Mrs. L to give milk to her baby. Because breast milk is the perfect food both in quality and quantity with proper breastfeeding procedures. With the explanation given Ny.L slowly was able to give milk to her baby. So with this case. Ny.L was able to overcome it so there was no gap between theory and cases.
