Neonates are the first life period outside the womb until the age of 28 days, where there is a very large change from life in the womb to outside the womb. At this time organ maturation occurs in almost all systems. Neonates are not miniature adults, not even miniature children. Neonates experience a period of change from life in the womb that is completely dependent on the mother to life outside the womb that is completely independent. The aim of LTA is to be able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Physiological Neonates using obstetric management at BY.A.The method of preservation in this LTA in comprehensive midwifery After comprehensive physiological Neonatal Midwifery care is conducted at BY.A. by using SOAP management. Care at BY.A. going well and there is no gap between the theory and the case. After giving comprehensive care, the mother feels happy because her child gets assistance.
